Sette e mezzo live betting, hand by hand
Sette e mezzo, Italian for "seven and a half", is a card game between a player and a dealer: get as close to 7.5 points as you can without going over, using a 40-card deck. In the live section every hand is a separate numbered event with its own prices, and the bet is on how that single hand ends.
Card values and how a hand is played
Section 10.198 of the site rules sets the values: cards 2 to 7 count their number, jack, queen and king count half a point each, and the ace counts one. The player receives one card face up and the dealer one face down; the player draws first, then the dealer. A hand that reaches 8 or more is bust and loses. The king of diamonds takes whatever value helps its hand most.
Dealer bust, player still under the limit: the player wins.
Level on points with no winning combination for the player: the dealer wins.
Both on 7.5: the stronger combination takes it.
The rules rank four combinations: Sette e Mezzo Classic (7.5 with more than two cards), Reale (a seven plus a picture card), Realissimo (two cards including the king of diamonds) and Doppio 7 (two sevens, counted as 7.5). In one recorded hand, the player drew A, K and 6 and the dealer 4, J and 3; both made a Classic 7.5 and the result line read that the dealer had won.
Seven and a half or Royal Sette e Mezzo

Seven and a half hands follow the rules above. Royal Sette e Mezzo has a paragraph of its own: the king of spades is the top card, the dealer must draw below 5 points, and equal scores make a draw except at 5-5, which goes to the dealer. The Royal version adds Partita Perfetta, where the first cards of player and dealer share a value, and Mano di Poker, a poker hand built from the player's first two cards and the dealer's first card.
Prices before the deal
Hands are numbered in the list (554, then 555, for example), and each hand's page runs a countdown to the start. Once cards are on the table, the list shows the prices behind a padlock until the result is in.
Market | One Seven and a half hand before the deal |
|---|---|
1X2 | W1 (player) 2.86, W2 (dealer) 1.4 |
Total | combined points, 11.75 to 14.75 |
Total 1 / Total 2 | player's or dealer's points, 5.75 to 7.75 |
Bust | whether the hand ends with someone bust, Yes 1.66 or No 2.225 |
Card combination | Classic, Reale, Realissimo or Doppio 7 |
Further lines cover the exact number of cards each side takes, whether a total is a whole number, whether the king of diamonds appears and whether a hand holds only number cards.
Settlement rules
The rules list Win, Total, Bust, Total Cards and Card Combination as the markets for this game.
After a software failure the hand may be stopped, and unsettled bets are refunded.
A live bet stands once the server registers it and confirmation arrives; it cannot be edited afterwards.

Sette e mezzo live: questions
Which hands count as Mano di Poker in Royal Sette e Mezzo?
The rules recognise five patterns made by the player's first two cards and the dealer's first card: a straight (234, 345, 456, 567, JQK or QKA), a flush (all three of one suit), three of a kind, a straight flush, and a royal flush, which is Q, K and A of the same suit.
