FIBA World Tour. Dubai is a 3x3 basketball tournament whose games are open for betting before tip-off in the Basketball 3x3 section. Each game in the list shows a date, a time and the two teams, and right beneath them a short line of text that places the game in the bracket and tells you which playing time the prices cover.
The label under the FIBA World Tour. Dubai teams
That line has two parts divided by a slash. On the left it reads "Including Overtime"; on the right comes the stage, such as a qualification round or a group stage followed by the group's letter. The prices that follow on the card are TOTAL, with O and U, and HANDICAP for both teams.
"Including Overtime" means those prices cover regular time and overtime together. A basket scored in overtime therefore counts towards the points total and towards the margin used to settle the handicap.
List versus game page: two settlement bases
Open a FIBA World Tour. Dubai game and more blocks appear, but they do not all rest on the same length of play:
Including Overtime, on the list card: regular time plus overtime.
1X2 In Regular Time, on the game page: the score when regular time ends, with X available.
Team Wins, on the game page: two columns only, W1 and W2.
Total Even, on the game page: Yes or No on whether the points tally is an even number.
Regular time is one period of 10 minutes, and it stops early as soon as a team reaches 21 points. If the teams are level when it ends, overtime runs until one side scores 2 points. In that case the X of "1X2 In Regular Time" wins, even though overtime goes on to produce a winner.
When a game is not finished
A FIBA World Tour. Dubai game that starts and is then abandoned is settled at odds of 1.00, apart from the markets already decided at the moment it stopped. Bets on stats, for their part, include overtime unless the market says otherwise.
