Norway Super Cup: bandy betting line before the games

Norway Super Cup is a bandy competition, and its games are open for pre-match betting inside Bandy. In that section the figure in brackets after each competition's name shows how many of its games can currently be backed.

How a Norway Super Cup game is listed

Every fixture comes as a card: the day and time, the club printed on top, the club printed underneath, then the prices. The card holds W1, DRAW and W2, double chance, TOTAL with O for over and U for under, a HANDICAP for each club and the individual totals IT1 and IT2. Part of the fixtures also carry BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE. Double chance is not always shown in full, so one card may offer 1X and 2X while another keeps only one of them.

IT1 counts the goals of the top club and nothing else; IT2 does the same for the club below, whatever the other side scores. HANDICAP works the opposite way: it adds goals to, or removes them from, one club and then compares the two scores.

Ninety minutes, however they are divided

All of these markets are settled on regular time, which is 90 minutes. A competition may split it into two periods of 45 minutes or into three of 30; the layout varies, the total length does not.

• Extra time played: ignored by the 1X2, the handicap and the totals.

• Markets on qualifying, on moving to another league, or on winning the tournament: extra time counts.

• Game halted after 80 minutes of play or more: the result is official and bets settle on the score at the moment play stopped.

• Game halted before 80 minutes: only markets already decided without condition survive; the others go to odds of 1.

The line on moving to another league belongs to promotion and relegation play-offs. There an extra-time goal can settle the bet, while the total of that same game ignores it.
