Clutch Chess Champions Showdown. 2025. St. Louis. Rapid Chess. 2-Games. Round 2. 2nd Game is a chess competition open for pre-match betting in the Chess section. Depending on its title, it is either one round of a tournament, where every game becomes its own event, or a match between two players spread over several games. Each line in the list sets two players against each other, with the scheduled date and time.
Beneath the two names, the list puts the main prices up front: W1, DRAW and W2, then double chance 1X, 12 and 2X, and finally HANDICAP 1 (0) and HANDICAP 2 (0). W1 is the player named first, W2 the player named second. You can compare a whole round without opening each pairing; the event page later repeats the same markets, sorted into blocks.

What the event covers | Basis for settlement |
|---|---|
A single game from a round | the official result of that game |
A match over several games | the results of every game in the match |
First place in a tournament | if players tie with no tie-break and no extra points, the simultaneous finish rule |
On a match, then, one game result is not enough; the cumulative score decides. And if the organiser changes the match format along the way, the number of games for instance, bets on that match settle at odds of 1.
When two players finish level at the top, each bet is paid on half its stake at the quoted price. With three or more co-winners, the stake simply comes back, as the bet moves to odds of 1. None of this applies once the event's own regulations provide a tie-break or extra points to produce a single winner.

Yes. Whatever the reason for the delay, bets remain valid until the game is over or, failing that, until the tournament ends.
Bets on that player are void and the stakes are returned.
No. The rules exclude complaints about how a player's surname is transliterated, and the tournament title is only a convenience label: a typo there never earns your stake back.
