Chilli Hot 5 is a fruit-themed slot from Foxi, played on a grid of five reels and three rows crossed by five paylines. Its rules include no free spins and no bonus buy: the action centres on an expanding wild confined to the middle of the grid and on two scatters.
The expanding wild never lands on the outer reels. It shows up on reels 2, 3 and 4 only, right in the centre of the screen.

Three lines run along the horizontal rows, while the remaining two form a V, one upright and one inverted. All wins are counted from left to right beginning with the leftmost reel, scatter wins excepted.

When a single line forms more than one combination, the game rules settle it simply: only the highest payline win is paid.
Chilli Hot 5 features two scatter symbols. Both pay in any position, independently of the lines, and one of them only counts on reels 1, 3 and 5.
The silver star is one of these two scatters. It pays for three of a kind only, as the paytable gives it no award for four or five.
Against a backdrop of orange flames, the reels spin cherries, lemons, plums, peaches and green apples alongside the golden bell, the double BAR and the red 7. The opening screen puts a red chilli pepper among blazing fruit, a nod to the game's title.

There is no need to stake anything to discover Chilli Hot 5, as the game can be launched for free. Most titles in the slots section can be started for free too.

No. According to the game rules, the wild stands in for every symbol apart from the scatters, and the silver star counts as a scatter.
Two are enough: the 7 is the only symbol that pays for two of a kind on a line, and it tops the paytable. All other symbols need at least three.
