How it works: everything happens in the bonus

There are no ordinary paying symbols in the base game. Its one job is to land four symbols on an active line, which opens the Bonus Game. On first launch the LINES counter reads 1, and further active lines can be added while you are still in the base game. According to the game rules, volatility is rated High.

Between bonuses, one special coin may turn up: the Sticky Coin. It lands at random, holds its place on the reels until the Bonus Game arrives and pays between 5x and 9x the total bet.

Fire Marks and volcanoes

Each volcano comes with its own colour of Fire Mark. A green, red or blue mark can start the Bonus Game along with the volcano of that colour and, once the bonus is running, wake up additional volcanoes.

Green Life gives one guaranteed refill of the respin counter at the moment it drops to zero. Red Multi is triggered randomly and scatters 1 to 8 multipliers across random cells; when they pile onto one cell, its value goes up by 1 for each extra multiplier. While Multi is active it makes multipliers appear at least once, and all of them apply as the bonus closes. Blue Grow adds two rows, turning the field into 4 × 5, and makes the Royal Jackpot possible.

Inside the respins

The Bonus Game kicks off with 3 respins. Bonus symbols stay locked on the reels, and every new bonus symbol brings the counter back up to 3. These are the symbols that can fill the cells:

• Gold Coin, worth between 0.2x and 4x the bet;

• Jackpot Coin, appearing as Mini, Minor or Major symbols worth 10x to 50x the bet;

• Mystery, which becomes any other symbol apart from the Sticky Coin, and Mystery Jackpot, restricted to Mini, Minor or Major; both are revealed one at a time when the bonus ends;

• Coin Collect, which cashes in every coin and jackpot in view straight away and then stays fixed until the bonus is over.

When multipliers are on the reels, they are applied, before collection, to whatever Gold Coins, Sticky Coins and jackpot symbols hold.

Neither of the two top jackpots depends on a line: both reward a grid that has been filled completely.

Once all 12 cells of the main field are taken, whatever the symbol type, the Grand Jackpot lands at 500x the total bet. With Grow active the field has 20 cells, and filling every one of them brings the Royal Jackpot of 2,000x the total bet. The bonus payout is the sum of the bonus symbols, the Grand and the Royal.

Buying the Bonus Game

Instead of waiting for four symbols, you can pick one of three Bonus Buy options: Random Bonus Game, Trio Bonus Game or Super Bonus Game. Trio guarantees that all three volcanoes activate. Super guarantees every volcano as well and adds a random multiplier on each spin. Note that Sticky Coins sitting in the base game are left out of a purchased bonus. The rules give no price for the options.
